These Terms of Service govern your use of the HabitGlo website, browser demo, and desktop app. By using HabitGlo, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

HabitGlo is a digital productivity app for habit tracking and on-screen reminders. The service includes a downloadable desktop application and related web pages.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features may be offered as monthly subscriptions or one-time lifetime purchases. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Billing terms, taxes, and payment method requirements are shown at checkout.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period.

5. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HabitGlo for personal or internal business use. You may not reverse engineer, resell, abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

HabitGlo, including software, branding, design assets, and content, is owned by HabitGlo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

HabitGlo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if use of the service creates legal, security, or operational risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
