HabitGlo Refund Policy

Last updated: February 16, 2026

This policy applies to purchases of HabitGlo processed by Paddle. It is intended to align with Paddle's Invoiced Consumer Terms.

1. Merchant of Record

Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for HabitGlo transactions. Payments, order processing, and refund handling are managed by Paddle under Paddle's buyer terms.

2. Consumer Right to Cancel (14 Days)

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after the transaction is completed. This cancellation right does not apply once digital content has started downloading, streaming, or otherwise being accessed.

3. Subscription Rule

For subscription services, the consumer cancellation right applies to the initial subscription purchase, not to each automatic renewal period.

4. Refunds Outside Statutory Rights

Outside mandatory statutory rights, refunds are handled by Paddle on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle may refuse refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including rights related to products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose where applicable law provides those protections.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund and cancellation requests must be submitted to Paddle. Use the Paddle support channels, including the link in your Paddle receipt email or the Paddle buyer help portal: https://paddle.net.

You can review the governing buyer terms here: https://www.paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms .
