HabitGlo Refund Policy

This policy describes how refunds are handled for HabitGlo purchases processed through Paddle, our merchant of record.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Cancellation prevents future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Charges for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when approved at our discretion.

2. Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime purchases may be eligible for a refund request within 14 days of the original purchase date. We reserve the right to decline requests that indicate abuse, fraud, or repeated refund behavior.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact support@habitglo.com and include your purchase email, order reference, and reason for request. We review requests in the order received and typically respond within 3 business days.

4. Chargebacks and Fraud

Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension while the case is reviewed.

5. Regional Consumer Rights

This policy does not override mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region.
